I am part of the Coloma Lotus propane Co-op and recently switched to

InterState Propane. I wanted to share my experience.

InterState came out and surveyed my tank site; set the tank 2 days later. They had their truck out the same day to fill my tank and a 5 gallon bottle (such service!!)

 

Everything has gone seamlessly! And everyone has been over the top helpful!!

 

I haven't had any experience that I could find fault in from start to finish.

 Thank you for your due diligence on those (AmeriGas) issues.... I was the grand recipient of a large credit about a year ago.

You are a ROCK STAR for taking on this huge task. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for the great program(s) you have set up for the valley. And now for even more folks...

 

For those of you who think there should not be a membership fee for this program. Just think about what it would cost you if this program was not in place. And now you can extend it to your family and friends throughout El Dorado County. That’s amazing in itself.

We have been Co-op members for years. Pricing has been great, and we have saved a lot of money.  I don’t know exactly how much but I’m sure it is into four figures...

Johnny at Interstate called me right after I signed up and came out right away. When he did the leak test he told me that my secondary regulator was an antique and a potential hazard. Johnny offered to send out a man to replace it, fittings and all, for what I thought was a remarkable price.  Gary was out here two days later and did the job.  I don’t think they made a penny on it.

First, thank you thank you thank you for all you've done for the propane co-op.  We are so appreciative and can only imagine the hours you’ve put into this.

I wanted to give you some feedback on my experience so far……Interstate Propane ROCKS and the people I’ve dealt with have been kind, polite, helpful and professional.  

Ben Heerema was lovely when my attachments were inoperable. Johnny Barrett was so prompt in coming by to inspect our (owned) propane tank and to then set up the monitor.  He was also wonderful in answering questions my husband had.

Then the icing on the cake was meeting our local delivery person today, James, who introduced himself, filled us up and was gone in a whisper.  

 

Price was flat $2.30 per gallon.  Payment due in 10 days and I’m mailing my check today.  Seems if they are so awesome, the least I can do is be a speedy payer.
