  • The general boundaries are:​​

    • ​West: Highway 50 West  / I-80 West to West Sacramento

    • North: H-49 North to Garden Valley; I- 80 East and H-49/H-174 North to Nevada City

    • South: Communities South of Highway 50 to Grizzly Flats and SR-16 to Rancho Murietta (not including Jackson or Plymouth)

    • East: Highway 50 East to Fresh Pond (east of Pollock Pines)

• El Dorado County: Camino, Coloma, Garden Valley, Lotus, Cool, Diamond Springs, El Dorado, Grizzly Flats, Placerville, Pollock Pines.

• Placer County: Auburn, Loomis, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Marysville, Penn Valley, Grass Valley, Nevada City, Colfax, Applegate, Foresthill, Sacramento, West Sacramento, 

• Nevada County: Nevada City, Grass Valley, and communities west

• Sacramento County: Rancho Murietta, Sloughhouse, Sacramento, West Sacramento.
